On Saturday June 20, 2009 Variety Boys & Girls Club hosted its 4th Annual Scholarship Awards. Fourteen of our Scholarship Winners were in hand with their families to receive an award from the Variety Boys & Girls Club and celebrate their accomplishments. This year our Scholarship Winners were awarded $113,000 in scholarships to attend UC Santa Cruz, Cal State L.A., UC Riverside, Life Pacific College, UC Santa Barbara among other colleges and universities. We thank everyone who was able to attend and celebrate the achievements of our members. Since 1972, Variety Boys & Girls Club has awarded 550 scholarships totaling a financial commitment of $1,700,000.
